What if my embroidery unravels?
If the embroidery unravels and you can see some loose threads, (and the embroidery is not damaged), you can use a lighter to carefully “burn” the thread off. This will melt the thread, so the embroidery will not be damaged any further. However, be careful with the flame, as the thread melts very quickly.
How long does delivery take?
After confirmation, production takes 5–7 business days; rush production can be purchased.
What do you embroider on?
Most fabrics and textiles, including denim, heavy fabrics, towels, leather, etc., are also included. Write to us if you have a special fabric you would like embroidered, and we will let you know if it is a job we can take on and whether it is possible!
What if you ruin my clothes?
Of course, there is a risk that the embroidery or our machine could damage the fabric. If this were to happen, we would, of course, replace it all!
Is it possible to bring in personal clothing for you to embroider?
YES, that is not a problem.
Why is embroidery on my own product sometimes more expensive?
Embroidery on your own product may be more expensive, as it requires more preparation since we cannot replace your product. This means the process takes longer and the price is higher.
How much does it cost to get something embroidered?
It varies greatly. It depends on the number of colors, details, and the size of your embroidery. Write to us, and we’ll be happy to send you a quote!
